का. आ. 3695;अद्ध.—निर्यात ;गुणवत्ता नियंत्राण एवं निरीक्षणद्ध नियमावली, 1964 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित निर्यात ;गुणवत्ता नियंत्राण एवं निरीक्षणद्ध अध्निियम, 1963 ;1963 का 22द्ध की धरा 3 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्राालय, वाणिज्य विभाग, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 9 नवम्बर, 2009 की अध्सिूचना सं. का.आ. 2856;अद्ध में एतद््द्वारा आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में, क्रम सं. 1 और उससे संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2013
S.O. 3695(E).—In pursuance of section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with rule 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2856 (E), dated 9th November, 2009, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
