का. आ. 3729(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्यर्वस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदशता अध्किार अध्निियम, 2013 ;2013 का 30द्ध की धरा 1 की उप-धरा ;3द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 1 जनवरी, 2014 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिसको उक्त अध्निियम प्रवृृत्त होगा ।
S.O. 3729(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2014 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
