2. उनक; िनयु(cid:1)W क; शतX तथा िनबंधन वह(cid:22) हCगे जो ौी पृQवीराज, ूशासक (अंशकािलक), भारतीय यूिनट शःट के (cid:1)विन$द(cid:15)ंट उपबम को इस (cid:1)वभाग के तार(cid:22)ख 19.12.2007 के समसंHयक पऽ =ारा पहले ह(cid:22) संसूिचत $कए गए थे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2013
S.O.3728 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002 (No. 58 of 2002) and in partial modification of Notifications of even number dated 30th November, 2007, 30th June 2009, 11th August, 2009, 14th July, 2010, 30th September, 2010, 31st December, 2010, 28th March, 2011, 12th January, 2012, 27th April, 2012, 3rd July, 2012, 21st September, 2012, 21st March, 2013 and 5th July, 2013, the Central Government hereby approves the continuation of Shri K.N. Prithviraj as the Administrator (Part-time) of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) for carrying on the management of SUUTI for and on behalf of the Central Government for a further period of six months with effect from 01.01.2014 to 30.06.2014 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be the same as had already been communicated to Shri Prithviraj, Administrator (part-time) SUUTI vide this Department's letter of even number dated 19.12.2007.
