का.आ. 3746(अ).—जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषदऋ संशोध्न अध्यादेश, 2013 की धरा 3क की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिनांक 06 नवम्बर, 2013 को भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद का पुनर्गठन किया गयाऋ
और जबकि भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद अध्निियम, 1956 ;1956 का 102द्ध की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के खंड ;खद्ध के अनुसरण में और संबंध्ति विश्वविद्यालयों/स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा यथा सूचित, निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को इस अध्सिूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से चार वर्षों के लिए भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद के सदस्य के रूप में निर्वाचित किया गया है।
अतः अब उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के उपबंध् के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य मंत्राालय की दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 1960 की अध्सिूचना सं. का.आ. 138 में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न किए जाते हैंऋ अर्थातः— भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्राालय की दिनांक 06 नवम्बर, 2013 की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 3325 ;अद्ध और उसके संशोध्न में अंतिम प्रविष्टि तथा तत्संबंध्ी प्रविष्टि में निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात््ः

पाद-टिप्पण : दिनांक 9 जनवारी, 1960 के का.आ. 138 के तहत भारत के राजपत्रा में मुख्य अध्सििूचना प्रकाशित की गई थी और भारतीय आयुवज्ञान परिषद ;संशोध्नद्ध, द्वितीय अध्यादेश, 2013 ;2013 का 11द्ध के तहत अंतिम बार संशोध्ति किया गया था।

New Delhi, the 13th December , 2013
S.O. 3746(E).— Whereas on 6th November, 2013, the Medical Council of India was re-constituted in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2013;
And whereas the Central Government, in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and as informed by the respective universities/health science universities, the following have been elected to be a member of the Medical Council of India for four years with effect from the date of issue of this notification.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Health number S.O. 138, dated the 9th January, 1960, namely :
In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3325(E) dated the 6th November, 2013 and amendments thereto, after the last entry and entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:
