विषय ः चीन जन. गण. मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित
पफास्पफोरिक एसिड-तकनीकी ग्रेड और खाद्य ग्रेड
;औद्योगिक ग्रेड सहितद्ध के आयातों से संबंध्ति
पाटनरोध्ी जाँच की निर्णायक समीक्षा ।
Subject : Sunset Review anti-dumping investigation
concerning imports of 'Phosphoric Acid-
Technical Grade and Food Grade (including
Industrial Grade)' originating in or exported
from China PR.
पफा. सं. 15/1010/2012-डीजीएडी.— यतः समय-समय पर यथासंशोध्ति सीमा-शुल्क टैरिपफ अध्निियम, 1975 और उसके अन्तर्गत बने समय-समय पर यथासंशोध्ति सीमा-शुल्क टैरिपफ ;पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोध्ी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धरणद्ध नियमावली, 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए निदष्ट प्राध्किारी ने पाटनरोध्ी अंतिम जाँच परिणाम अध्सिूचना सं. 15/1010/2012-डीजीएडी, दिनांक 8 नवम्बर, 2013 अध्सिूचित की है ।
उपर्युक्त अध्सिूचना के पैरा 74 में, फ्यूरोपियन यूनियनय् को
फ्चीन जन. गण.य् पढ़ा जाए ।
F. No. 15/1010/2012-DGAD.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time, and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, the Designated Authority has notified the Final Findings Notification No.15/1010/2012-DGAD dated 8th November, 2013.
2. In para 74 of the aforesaid Notification, "the
European Union" should be read as "China PR".
