1. जब वही यान एक दिन में एक बार से अधिक पुल पार करता है तो उपयोगकर्ता को यह विकल्प होगा कि वह उसको लागू उपरोक्त दरों का डेढ़ गुणा संदाय करें जब वहीं पहली खेप में पुल को पर करता है या यान उसका निरंतर उपयोग करता है और पूरे एक मास के लिए या उससे भी अधिक अवधि से परे के लिए भी निरंतर और बार-बार उपयोग करता है तो यान का स्वामी एवा यथाविनिर्दिष्ट उसको लागू एकल दर के तीस गुणे के बराबर प्रभारों का संदाय कर के कोई मासिक पास रख सकेगा।
2. ऊपर विनिर्दिष्ट फीस से निम्नलिखित प्रकार के यान को छूट प्रदान की गई है, अर्थात्् :-
i) रक्षा यान ii) अतिमहत्वपूर्ण व्यक्ति प्रतीक वाले यान iii) पुलिस यान iv) अग्निशमन यान v) एम्बुलेंस vi) अंत्येष्टि यान vii) डाक व तार विभाग के यान
3. निम्नलिखित से सम्बन्धित यान अतिमहत्वपूर्ण व्यक्ति प्रतीक वाले यान समझे जाएगें, अर्थात्् :-
i) भारत के राष्ट्रपति ii) भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति iii) केन्द्रीय और राज्य मंत्री iv) लोकसभा या राज्यसभा या राज्य विधानमंडलों के विपक्ष के नेता जिन की प्रास्थिति कैबिनेट मंत्री की हो v) राज्यों के राज्यपाल vi) संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के उपराज्यपाल vii) केन्द्रीय या राज्य विधानमंडलों के अध्यक्ष या सभापति viii) स्थानीय निर्वाचित निकायों के कार्यपालक सभासद ix) भारत के राजकीय दौरे पर उच्चपदस्थ विेदेशी व्यक्ति x) सीडी प्रतीक वाली कारों का उपयोग कर रहे भारत में रह रहे विदेषी राजनयिक
उपर उल्लिखित दरें पुल के आसपास के सहज दृष्य स्थानों में सन्निर्मित किए गए किसी बोर्ड पर सम्प्रदर्शित की जाएंगी। उक्त मैसर्स आयुष अजये कंस्ट्रक्शन (प्राइवेट) लिमिटेड या उसके प्राधिकृत विधिक प्रतिनिधी संदायकर्ता को प्रत्येक अवसर पर इस अधिसूचना के अधीन वसूल की गई फीस की रसीद देंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th December, 2013
S O. 3760(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sections 7 & 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government having regard to the expenditure involved in building, maintenance, management and operation of the part of National Highway, that is, Road over Bridge in km 228/800 (in lieu of level crossing) near Village Nardana and its approaches in km. 219/700 to km. 233/000 of N.H.-3 in Dhule District (hereinafter referred as the bridge) interest on the capital invested, reasonable return on the capital invested the volume of traffic and the extended period of agreement entered into with M/s. Ayushajay Construction (Private) Limited having its registered office at 3/3, South Tukoganj, Indore 452 001, hereby notifies that there shall be levied and paid fees on mechanic vehicles for the use of the bridge at the rates specified in the Schedule annexed hereto and authorizes the said M/s. Ayushajay Construction (Private) Limited or its authorized legal representative of collect and retain fees at the rates specified in the said Schedule from the 25th day of December, 2013 to the 18th day of November, 2014 (both days inclusive) भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण

(Rates to be recovered from users of the bridge)

NOTES :—
1. When the same vehicle has to cross the bridge more than once in a day, the user shall have the option to pay one and half times the above rates applicable to it while crossing the bridge in the first trip itself or if the vehicle has to use the bridge continuously and quite frequently for entire month or even beyond that for much longer period, the vehicle owner can have monthly pass on the payment of charges equal to 30 times of single rate applicable to it as specified above.
2. Following type of vehicles are exempted from the fee specified in the Schedule:-
i) Defence Vehicles. ii) Vehicles with Very Important Persons symbols, iii) Police Vehicles, iv) Fire Fighting Vehicles, v) Ambulances, vi) Funeral Vans, vii) Post and Telegraphs Department Vehicle, and viii) Central and State Government Vehicles on duty.
3. The Vehicle officially belonging to the following shall be deemed to be vehicles having very important persons symbols, namely :— i) President of India, ii) Vice-President of India, iii) Central and State Minister, iv) Leader of Opposition of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha or State Legislature having the status of Cabinet Minister, v) Governors of States, vi) Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories, vii) Speakers or Chairman of Central and State Legislatures, viii) Executive Councilors of Local Elected Bodies, ix) Foreign dignitaries on state Visit to India, x) Foreign Diplomats stationed in India using cars with CD symbols.
Above mentioned rates shall be displayed on a board erected at conspicuous places in the vicinity of the bridge. The said M/s Ayushajay Construction (Private) Limited or its authorized legal representative shall give a receipts to the payer on each and every occasion of recovery of fee under this notification.
