का.आ. 3809(अ).—राष्ट्रपति सूचना का अध्किार अध्निियम 2005 ;2005 का 22द्ध की धरा 12 की उप-धरा ;3द्ध के अध्ीन गठित समिति की सिपफारिश पर, श्रीमति सुषमा सह को तारीख 19 दिसम्बर, 2013 से केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग में मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।
S.O. 3809(E).—The President, on the recommendation of the committee constituted under sub- section (3) of Section 12 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) is pleased to appoint Smt. Sushma Singh as the Chief Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission with effect from the 19th day of December, 2013.
