सा.का.नि. 791(अ).—सीमा शुल्क अध्निियम, 1962 ;1962 का 52द्ध की धरा 25 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध के तहत्् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्राालय ;राजस्व विभागद्ध की अध्सिूचना सं. 93/2009-सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2009 जिसे सा.का.नि. 659 ;अद्ध दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2009 के तहत्् भारत के राजपत्रा, आसाधरण, के भाग II ख्ांड 3, उप खंड ;iद्ध में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, नामशः :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में,
;कद्ध पैराग्रापफ 2 में, क्रम संख्या ;xvद्ध और उसके संबंध्ति प्रविष्टि के पश्चात््, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि को अंतः स्थापित किया जायेगा, नामशः—
;xviद्ध फ्मांस और मांस उत्पादों का निर्यातऋ
;xviiद्ध कपास का निर्यातऋ
;xviiiद्ध काटन यार्न का निर्यातऋ
;xixद्ध निर्यात, जो कि न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य या निर्यात शुल्क के अध्ीन है ।य्ऋ 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] फ्;xviiiद्ध कापस ;विदेश व्यापार नीति के पैराग्रापफ 3.14.5 के लिए द्धऋ ;xixद्ध काटन यार्न ;विदेश व्यापार नीति के पैराग्रापफ 3.14.5 के लिए द्धऋ ;xxद्ध निर्यात, जो कि न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य या निर्यात शुल्क के अध्ीन है;विदेश व्यापार नीति के पैराग्रापफ 3.14.5 के लिए द्धय्।

टिप्पणः प्रधन अध्सिूचना सं. 93/2009 सीमा-शुल्क, दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2009 को सां. का.नि. 659;अद्ध, दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2009 के तहत भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण के भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड ;iद्ध में प्रकाशित किया गया था, और इसमें अंतिम बार अध्सिूचना सं. 38/2013-सीमा-शुल्क, दिनांक 26 जुलाई, 2013 सा.का.नि. 509;अद्ध दिनांक 26 जुलाई, 2013 के द्वारा संशोध्न किया गया है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2013
No. 52/2013-CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 791(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 93/2009-Customs, dated the 11th September, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 659 (E), dated 11th September, 2009, namely:—
In the said notification,- (a) in paragraph 2, after serial number (xv) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
"(xvi) Export of Meat and Meat Products (xvii) Export of Cotton (xviii) Export of Cotton Yarn; (xix) Export which are subject to Minimum Export Price of Export Duty.";
(b) in paragraph 3, after serial number (xvii) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"(xviii) Cotton (for the paragraph 3.14.5 of the Foreign Trade Policy); (xix) Cotton Yarn (for the paragraph 3.14.5 of the Foreign Trade Policy); (xx) Export which are subject to Minimum Export Price or Export Duty (for the paragraph 3.14.5 of the Foreign Trade Policy)".
