Central Government hereby directs that no person shall operate scheduled air transport services to/from an aerodrome including Defence aerodroms with effect from 31st December, 2013, to 30th June, 2014 unless it has been licensed by the Director General of Civil Aviation.

का.आ. 3822(अ).—केन्द्र सरकार, पर्यावरण ;संरक्षणद्ध अध्निियम, 1986 ;1986 का 29द्ध की धरा 3 की उपधराओं ;1द्ध और ;3द्ध के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार, पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्राालय के दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2003 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 489;अद्ध में एतद्‌द्वारा, निम्नलिखित और संशोध्न करती है, नामशः :—

उक्त आदेश में, पैरा 1 में, फ्दस वर्ष और आठ माह की अवध् िके लिएय् शब्दों के स्थान पर फ्बारह वर्ष और आठ माह की अवध् िके लिएय् शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे ।

S.O. 3822(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 489(E), dated the 30th April, 2003, namely :—

In the said Order, in paragraph 1, for the words "for a period of ten years and eight months" the words "for a period of twelve years and eight months" shall be substituted.
