का.आ. 3892;अद्ध.—केन्द्रीय सरकार रेल अधिनियम, 1989 ;1956 का 24द्ध की धरा 20क की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iiद्ध में तारीख 6 मई, 2013 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्राालय ;रेलवे बोर्डद्ध की अध्सिूचना सं. का. आ. 1159;अद्ध, तारीख 2 मई, 2013 में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना के हिन्दी पाठ की अनुसूची में,—
;1द्ध दूसरे पृृष्ठ पर, ग्राम फ्पंडौलीय् के स्थान पर फ्पाण्डौलीय् पढें ।
;2द्ध तीसरे पृृष्ठ पर, ग्राम फ्सुबरीख्वाजाय् के स्थान पर फ्सूभरी
ख्वाजूय् पढें ।
;3द्ध तीसरे पृृष्ठ पर, ग्राम फ्शेखपुर कदीमय् के स्थान पर फ्शेखपुरा
कदीमय् पढें ।
;4द्ध चौथे पृृष्ठ पर, ग्राम फ्दराअली शिवादय् के स्थान पर फ्दराअली
स्वाद बैरून य् पढें ।
;5द्ध पाँचवे पृृष्ठ पर, ग्राम फ्पिलखनी दुर्वेशय् के स्थान पर फ्पिलखना
दुर्वेशय् पढें ।

S.O. 3892(E).—1n exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), vide, number S.O. 1159(E) dated 2nd May, 2013 in the Gazette of India, in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), published on dated 6th May, 2013, namely:—
In the schedule to the said Notification:—
(1) In the seventh page of English version of the notification, "Shekhpura Kadim" village, may be read in place of "Shekhpur Kadim" village.
(2) In the seventh page of English version of the notification, "Subhari Khawaju" village, may be read in place of "Subhari Khwaja" village.
(3) In the eighth page of English version of the notification, "Dara ali Sawad Berun" village, may be read in place of "Dra AAli Sawad " village.
(4) In the ninth page of English version of the notification, "Pilkhana Durvesh" village, may be read in place of "Pilkhani Durvesh" village.
