MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th December, 2013
S.O. 3820(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby declares each of the highways specified in the column (3) of the Table below to be a national highway, as specified in the corresponding column (2) thereof. The highways, now declared to be national highways by this notification, shall be deemed to be inserted in the Schedule to the said Act with the new serial numbers, the new national highways numbers and the description of the national highways thereof, as indicated in columns (1), (2) and (3) respectively, of the Table.

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2013
S.O. 3821(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O 689 (E), dated, the 4th April, 2011, namely:-
In the Schedule, for serial numbers 33 and 60, and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

| "33 | 10 | The highway starting from Indo/Bangladesh border connecting Fulbari, Siliguri in the State of West Bengal connecting Sivok, Kalimpang near NH-10 and terminating at Gangtok in the State of Sikkim. |
| 60 | 717 | The highway starting from its junction with NH-17 near Baradighi connecting NH-27 near Mainaguri, Changrabandha in the State of West Bengal and terminating at Indo/Bangladesh Border." |
