काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 3894(अ)3894(अ)3894(अ)3894(अ)....—भारत सरकार ने, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (जिसे इसके पष्चात्‌ उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 2, खण्ड (क) के अनुसरण में, दिनांक 18 अक्तूबर, 2013 को असाधारण राजपत्र संख्या 2430 में प्रकाषित, पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर, 2013 की अधिसूचना का0आ0 3192 (अ) के द्वारा, अधिसूचना के अन्तर्गत दी गई सारिणी के स्तम्भ (1) में वर्णित, श्री ओम प्रकाष सिंह, डिप्टी कलेक्टर, इलाहाबाद को, सारिणी के स्तम्भ (2) मे उल्लेखित क्षेत्राें के बाबत उत्तर प्रदेष राज्य में अवस्थित विभिन्न उपभोक्ताओं तक वितरण के लिए, मैसर्स रिलायंस गैस पाइपलाइन्स लिमिटेड (आर0जी0पी0एल0), (जिसका रजिस्टर्ड कार्यालय मेकर चैम्बर्स-IV (तीसरा तल), 222, नारीमन प्वाइंट, मुम्बई-400021 (महाराष्ट्र) पत्राचार पताः प्रथम तल, एम0ए0बी0, रिलायंस कार्पोरेट आई0टी0पार्क, ठाणे-बेलापुर रोड, घनसोली, नवी मुम्बई-400701(महाराष्ट्र), में है, द्वारा उनकी प्रस्तावित षहडोल (मध्य प्रदेष)-जयसिंग नगर-बेउहारी-गुरह-फूलपुर (उत्तर प्रदेष) गैस पाइपलाइन के द्वारा प्राकृतिक गैस के परिवहन के लिए पाइपलाइन बिछाने हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए, उत्तर प्रदेष षासन के अधीन उनके वर्तमान कार्याें एवं दायित्वों के अतिरिक्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत किया गया है;

और, श्री ओम प्रकाष सिंह, डिप्टी कलेक्टर, इलाहाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेष षासन के अन्तर्गत सम्प्रति प्रोन्नत होकर, मुख्य राजस्व अधिकारी, इलाहाबाद के पद पर तैनात हो गये हैं ।

और, आर0जी0पी0एल0 की उक्त पाइपलाइन प्रोजेक्ट के लिए, उत्तर प्रदेष षासन ने जनपद इलाहाबाद में, उक्त अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने हेतु, उत्तर प्रदेष षासन के अन्तर्गत अपने नियमित कार्यों एवं दायित्वों के अतिरिक्त, विषेष भूमि अध्याप्ति अधिकारी (संयुक्त संगठन), इलाहाबाद के पदधारी को पदेन रूप में नामित किया है।

S.O. 3894(E).—Whereas in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas Notification S.O. 3192(E) dated the 08th October, 2013, published in No. 2430 dated the 18th October, 2013, authorized Shri Om Prakash Singh, Deputy Collector, Allahabad, as mentioned in column (1) of the Table given thereunder to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for laying of pipeline by M/s Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited (RGPL), having its Registered Office at 3rd Floor, Maker Chambers IV, 222 Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021 (Maharashtra) [Address for communication: 1st Floor, MAB, Reliance Corporate IT Park, Thane – Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai – 400701 (Maharashtra)] for transportation of natural gas through its proposed Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh) – Jaising Nagar – Beohari – Gurh – Phulpur (Uttar Pradesh) pipeline for distribution to various consumers in respect of the areas mentioned in Column (2) of the said table, in addition to his existing duties and responsibilities under State Government of Uttar Pradesh;

And whereas, Shri Om Prakash Singh, Deputy Collector, Allahabad on promotion has since been posted to the post of Chief Revenue Officer, Allahabad under State Government of Uttar Pradesh;

And whereas, the State Government of Uttar Pradesh has nominated the incumbent of Special Land Acquisition Officer (Joint Organization), Allahabad to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for the said Gas pipeline project of RGPL in the District of Allahabad, in ex-Officio capacity, in addition to his duties and responsibilities under the State Government of Uttar Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the said Act, the Government of India hereby directs that the Table given below said notification S.O. 3192(E) dated the 08th October, 2013 may be amended in the manner specified hereunder :—
