सं. एल.ए.डी.-एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2013-14/34 / 7325.— भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड जयपुर स्टॉक एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय स्टॉक एक्सचेंज बिल्डग, जे.एल.एन. मार्ग, मालवीय नगर, जयपुर-302017 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा ;विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1956 की धरा 3 के अध्ीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधन हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्््द्वारा, प्रतिभूति संविदा ;विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1956 की धरा 4 के अध्ीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 4 के अध्ीन 9 जनवरी, 2014 को प्रारंभ होने वाली और 8 जनवरी, 2015 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की कालावध् िके लिए प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसमें इसके नीचे कथित अथवा इसके पश्चात्् यथा विहित या अध्रिोपित शर्तों के अध्यध्ीन प्रदान करता है :
• एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा अधिरोपित
समस्त विनियामक अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करने के पश्चात्् ही प्रतिभूतियों में व्यापार प्रारंभ कर सकता है।
• एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा समय-समय पर विहित ऐसी अन्य शर्तों का अनुपानल
करेगा ।

No.LAD-NRO/GN/2013-14/34/7325.—The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited having its registered office at Stock Exchange Building, JLN Marg, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur-302017 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 9th day of January, 2014 and ending on the 8th day of January, 2015 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as prescribed or imposed hereafter:
• The Exchange can commence trading in securities only after complying with all the regulatory requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
• The Exchange shall comply with such other conditions
prescribed by SEBI from time to time.
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] NOTIFICATION अध्सिूचना Mumbai, the 30th December, 2013 मुम्बई, 30 दिसम्बर, 2013सं.एल.ए.डी.-एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2013-14/ 35/7326.—भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, वड़ोदरा स्टॉक एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय तीसरी मंशिल, पफॉर्चुन टॉवर, सयाजीगंज, वड़ोदारा-390005 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा ;विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1956 की धरा 3 के अध्ीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधन हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्््द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा ;विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1956 की धरा 4 के अध्ीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अध्निियम की धरा 4 के अध्ीन 4 जनवरी, 2014 को प्रारंभ होने वाली और 3 जनवरी, 2015 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की कालावध् िके लिए प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसमें इसके नीचे कथित अथवा इसके पश्चात्् यथा विहित या अध्रिोपित शर्तों के अध्यध्ीन प्रदान करता है ।
• एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा अधिरोपित समस्त विनियामक अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन जिसमें प्रतिभूति संविदा ;विनियमनद्ध स्टॉक एक्सचेंज और समाशोध्न निगमद्ध विनियम, 2012 का पूर्ण अनुपालन सम्मिलित है, करने के पश्चात्् ही प्रतिभूतियों में व्यापार प्रारंभ कर सकता है।
• एक्सचेंज ऐसी अन्य शर्तों का अनुपालन करेगा जो भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा समय-समय पर विहित की जायें।

[विज्ञापन III/4/असा./69-जैड बी/13] No. LAD-NRO/GN/2013-14/35/7326.—The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Vadodara Stock Exchange Limited having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Fortune Tower, Sayajigunj, Vadodara 390005 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 4th day of January, 2014 and ending on 3rd day of January, 2015 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as prescribed or imposed hereafter :
• The exchange can commence trading in securities only after complying with all the regulatory requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India including full compliance with Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012.
• The exchange shall comply with such other conditions as may be prescribed by SEBI from time to time.
