सा.का.नि. 804;अद्ध.—वायुयान अध्निियम, 1934 ;1934 का 22द्ध की धरा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्रीय सरकार वायुयान नियम, 1937 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्््.— 1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम वायुयान ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2013 है।
;2द्ध ये सरकारी राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृृत्त
होंगे।
2. वायुयान नियम, 1937 में, अनुसूची xi में, पैरा 10 में, खंड
;ivद्ध का लोप किया जाए।

प्रभात कुमार, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण.—;1द्ध मूल नियम सरकारी राजपत्रा में तारीख 23 मार्च, 1937 की अध्सिूचना संख्या वी-26 के द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए और अंतिम संशोध्न तारीख 21 जून, 2012 को भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग-II, खंड ;3द्ध, उप-खण्ड ;iद्ध में प्रकाशित सा.का.नि. 487;अद्ध द्वारा किया गया।
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2013
G.S.R. 804(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (XXII of 1934), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely.—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Aircraft
(Amendment) Rules, 2013.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Aircraft Rules, 1937, in Schedule XI, in
paragraph 10, clause (iv) shall be omitted.
