उ(cid:30) भूिम म(cid:26) िहतब> कोई भी Dि(cid:30), शासक"य राजपE म(cid:26) इस अिधसूचना के %कािशत होने क" तारीख से 21 (cid:4)दन (इG"स (cid:4)दन) के अंदर उ(cid:30) अिधिनयम क" धारा 3ग क" उप-धारा (1) के अंतग(cid:21)त उपयु (cid:21)(cid:30) उHेIय के िलए ऐसी भूिम के उपयोग पर आपिJत %कट कर सकता है ।

इस %कार क" %Jयेक आपिJत, स:म %ािधकारी अथा(cid:21)त् िवशेष भूिम अिधLहण अिधकारी, राMNीय राजमाग(cid:21) मंडल, बंगलौर को िलिखत Oप म(cid:26) %Pतुत क" जाएगी और उसम(cid:26), उसके आधार अिधकिथत (cid:4)कए जाएंगे और स:म %ािधकारी, आपिJतकता(cid:21) को Dि(cid:30)गत Oप म(cid:26) अथवा (cid:4)कसी िविधक पेशेवर के माQयम से सुने जाने का अवसर %दान करेगा और ऐसी सभी आपिJतय( क" सुनवाई के पश्चात् तथा ऐसी और जांच करने के पश्चात्, य(cid:4)द कोई हो, िजसे स:म %ािधकारी आवIयक समझे, आदेश $ारा या तो आपिJतय( को अनुSात या अननुSात कर सके गा ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2013

S.O. 3910(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3(A) of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956) (here in after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule below, is required for building (upgrading / widening / 2 Lane / 2 Lane with paved shoulders etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.234 from Km.343.800 to Km.486.690 (Madugiri – A.P Border Section) in the Districts of Tumkur, Chikballapura and Kolar in the State of Karnataka hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority viz., the Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways Zone, Bangalore in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under Sub-Section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the lands covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority
