सा.का.नि. 809;अद्ध.—भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अध्निियम, 1992 ;1992 का 15द्ध की धरा 29 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ;अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा की निबंध्न तथा शर्तेंद्ध नियम, 1992 को और आगे संशोध्ति करके निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ;अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा की निबंध्न तथा शर्तेंद्ध संशोध्न नियम, 2013 होगा ।

;2द्ध ये संबंध्ति सरकारी आदेशों के अनुसरण में जहां आवश्यक हो, भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से लागू किए जाएंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ;अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा की निबंध्न तथा शर्तेंद्ध नियम, 1992 के नियम 4, उप-नियम ;1द्ध में खंड ;खद्ध में निम्नलिखित खंड को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः—

;खद्ध ''समय-समय व्यय विभाग, भारत के आदेशों के जरिए यथा संशोध्ति, बिना आवास और गाड़ी के, क्रमशः 4.50 लाख रुपए प्रतिमाह और 3.75 लाख प्रतिमाह का समेकित वेतन'' ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2013

G.S.R. 809(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Secuirites and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Secuirites and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Amendment Rules, 2013.

(2) They shall be given retroactive effect as may be necessary pursuant to relevant Government orders.

2. In the Secuirites and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1992, in Rule 4, Sub-rule (1), for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—

(b) ''a consolidated salary of ` 4.50 lakh per month and ` 3.75 lakh per month respectively, without house and car, as amended from time to time through orders of Department of Expenditure, Government of India''.
