का.आ. 3915(अ).—केन्द्र सरकार ने, स्थायी सलाहकार समिति द्वारा उसे की गई सिपफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात्् दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2012 के आदेश सं. का. आ. 2659 ;अद्ध द्वारा, उस आदेश की अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;2द्ध में विनिदष्ट वस्तुओं के संबंध् में निर्देश दिया था कि वे आपूत अथवा वितरण के लिए पटसन पैकेजग सामग्री में ऐसी न्यूनतम प्रतिशतता में, जैसे कि वर्ष 2012-13 अर्थात्् 30 जून, 2013 तक के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;3द्ध में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिदष्ट हैं, पैक की जाएंगी ।
उक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का विस्तार उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से एक मास की अवध् िअथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पण : मूल आदेश, भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iiद्ध में प्रकाशित दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2012 के आदेश सं. का. आ. 2659 ;अद्ध के द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और 20 जून, 2013 के सं. का.आ. 1788 ;अद्ध, 20 सितंबर 2013 के का.आ. 2819 ;अद्ध तथा 29 नवम्बर, 2013 के का.आ. 3555 ;अद्ध के माध्यम से इसका विस्तार किया गया था ।

और जबकि केन्द्र सरकार ने 20 जून, 2013 के सं. का.आ.1788 ;अद्ध के माध्यम से 30 सितम्बर, 2013 को समाप्त होने वाले उपरोक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का विस्तार, उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से तीन मास की अवध् िके लिए कर दिया है ।
और जबकि केन्द्र सरकार ने 20 सितम्बर, 2013 के सं. का.आ. 2819 ;अद्ध के माध्यम से 30 नवम्बर, 2013 को समाप्त होने वाले उपरोक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का विस्तार, उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से दो मास की अवध् िके लिए कर दिया है ।
और जबकि केन्द्र सरकार ने 29 नवम्बर, 2013 के सं. का.आ. 3555;अद्ध के माध्यम से 31 दिसम्बर, 2013 को समाप्त होने वाले उपरोक्त आदेश की वैद्यता का विस्तार, उक्त आदेश की समाप्ति की तारीख से एक मास की अवध् िके लिए कर दिया है ।

S.O. 3915(E).—Whereas the Central Government after considering the recommendations made to it by the Standing Advisory Committee, had directed vide order S.O. 2659(E), dated the 31st October, 2012, that the commodities specified in column (2) of the Schedule of that order, shall be packed in jute packaging material, for supply or distribution, in such minimum percentage, as specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Schedule for the year 2012-13, i.e. up to 30th June, 2013;
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] that the validity of the said order, expiring on 31st December, 2013 shall be extended for a further period of one month from the date of expiry of the said order or until further orders, whichever is earlier. And whereas the Central Government extended the validity of the said order vide number S.O. 2819(E), dated the 20th September, 2013, for a period of two months from the date of the expiry of the said order, that is, up to 30th November, 2013;[F. And whereas the Central Government extended the validity of the said order vide number S.O. 3555(E), dated the 29th November, 2013, for a period of one month from the date of the expiry of the said order, that is, up to 31st December, 2013;
Note : The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, Part Il, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 2659 (E), dated the 31st October, 2012 and extended vide numbers S.O. 1788 (E), dated the 20th June, 2013, S.O. 2819(E), dated the 20th September, 2013 and S.O. 3555(E), dated the 29th November, 2013.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby directs
