S.O. 3935(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the Administrators of Union Territories (whether known as Administrator of Lieutenant Governor) shall, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, also exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000) within their respective Union Territories.
का.आ.3935(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 239 के खंड ;1द्ध के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा निदेश देते हैं कि संघ राज्य क्षेत्राों के प्रशासक ;चाहे उन्हें प्रशासक अथवा उपराज्यपाल के रूप में जाना जाता होद्ध, राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्राण के अध्यध्ीन तथा अगले आदेशों तक, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अध्निियम, 2000 ;2000 का 21द्ध के अंतर्गत अपने संबंध्ति संघ राज्य क्षेत्राों के भीतर राज्य सरकार की शक्तियों का भी प्रयोग करेंगे और उसके कार्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे ।
