विषयः मालदीव क स्टन एग्रीगेट का निर्यात।
Subject: Export of Stone Aggregate to Maldives.
का.आ. 13(अ.).—समय-समय पर यथा संशधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-2014 के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार नीति (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 (वर्ष 1992 की सं. 22) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना सं. 34 (आरई-2012)/2009-14 दिनांक 8-2-2013 क तत्काल प्रभाव से वापस लेती है।
2. दिनांक 7-6-2011 की अधिसूचना सं. 54 (आरई-2010)/2009-2014 के द्वारा वर्ष 2011-12, 2012-13 अर 2013-14 के लिए मालदीव क स्टन एग्रीगेट की विनिर्दिष्ट मात्रा के निर्यात की अनुमति दी गई थी। इस पर अधिसूचना सं. 34 (आरई-2012)/2009-14, दिनांक 8-2-2013 के द्वारा अगली सूचना तक रक लगा दी गई थी। अब अधिसूचना सं. 34 (आरई-2012)/2009-14 दिनांक 8-2-2013 वापस ली जा रही है। तदनुसार, मालदीव क स्टन एग्रीगेट का निर्यात तत्काल प्रभाव से अनुमत किया जाता है। 3. इस अधिसूचना का प्रभाव :
अधिसूचना सं. 54 दिनांक 07.06.2011 में दर्शायी गई शर्तं अर मात्रा सीमा के अधीन मालदीव गणराज्य क पत्थर का निर्यात अनुमत किया जा रहा है।
[फा. सं. 01/91/171/59/एएम 09/निर्यात प्रकष्ठ ] अनुप के. पूजारी, महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार S.O. 13(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby withdraws Notification No. 34(RE-2012)/2009-2014 dated 08.02.2013, with immediate effect.
2. Notification No. 54(RE-2010)/2009-14 of 7-6-2011 had permitted export of specified quantities of Stone Aggregates to Maldives for the years 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14. This was stopped till further notice vide Notification No. 34 (RE-2012)/2009-14 dated 8-2-2013. Now Notification No. 34 (RE-2012)/2009-14 dated 8-2-2013 is being withdrawn. Accordingly, export of Stone Aggregates to Maldives is permitted with immediate effect. 3. Effect of this notification:
Export of Stone Aggregates to the Republic of Maldives is being permitted subject to the conditions and quantity ceiling indicated in Notification No. 54 dated
7-6-2011.
