पारेषण परियोजनाअों वे विकास में प्रतिस्पर्द्धा को प्रोत्साहित करने वे लिए दिशा-निदर्ेशों में संशोधन।
सं. १५/३/२०१०-पारेषण.श्नवद्युत अधिनियम, २००३ वे प्रावधानों वे तहत पारेषण परियोजनाअों वे विकास में प्रतिस्पर्द्धा को प्रोत्साहित करने वे लिए दिशा-निदर्ेश संकल्प सं. ११/५/२००५-पीजी (ii) दिनंाक १३-४-२००६ वे तहत अधिसूचित किए गए थे और ०७-०७-२००७, १०-१०-२००८ और ०२-०५-२०१२ को संशोधित किए गए थे।
उपरोत्त दिशानिदर्ेशों में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित आगे और संशोधन किए जाते हैं।
अधिकार प्राप्त समिति- पैरा १३ को निम्नलिखित वे स्थान पर रखा गया है :—
"१३. विद्युत मंत्रालय द्वारा एक अधिकार प्राप्त समिति गठित की जाएगी। समिति की अध्यक्षता सीईए वे सदस्य (विद्युत प्रणाली) द्वारा की जाएगी। सीईए वे सदस्य (ई एण्ड सी) समिति वे सदस्य होंगे। उपरोत्त वे अतिरित्त समिति में विद्युत मंत्रालय, योजना आयोग, सीटीयू* वे प्रतिनिधि और विद्युत मंत्रालय द्वारा नामित किए जाने वाले विद्युत क्षेत्र वे दो विशेषज्ञ होंगे।"

RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2014
Amendment to the Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission
Projects.
No. 15/3/2010-Trans.—The Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects had been notified vide Resolution No. 11/5/2005-PG(ii) dated 13-04-2006 and were amended on 07-07-2007, 10-10-2008 and 02-05-2012 under the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003.
The following further amendment is hereby made in the above guidelines.
EMPOWERED COMMITTEE – Para 13 has been substituted by the following :—
"13. An Empowered Committee will be constituted by the Ministry of Power. The Committee will be chaired by Member (Power System) from the CEA. It shall have Member (E&C) from the CEA as member. Besides the above, the Committee shall have representatives from the Ministry of Power, the Planning Commission, the CTU* and two experts from the power sector to be nominated by the Ministry of Power."
