का. आ. 24;अद्ध-&केन्द्र्रीय सरकार ने पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ;भूमि में उपयोग के अध्किार का अर्जनद्ध अध्निियम, 1962 ;1962 का 50द्ध की धरा 2 के खण्ड ;अद्ध के अनुसरण में 20 जनवरी, 2013 को भारत के राजपत्रा में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्या का. आ. 196, तारीख 18 जनवरी, 2013 में निम्नलिखित रूप में संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात् उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, स्तम्भ 1 में,
फ्श्री उमाकांत त्रिापाठी, सक्षम प्राध्किारी, पटना-मोतीहारी- बैतालपुर शाखा पाइपलाइन परियोजना एण्ड एक्जिस्ंिटग बीकेपीएल पाइपलाइन का पुन-अनुमार्गण पाइपलाइंस डिवीजन इंडियन ऑयल कॅार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, डाकघर पीपल गांव, सूबेदारगंज, इलाहाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश-211 012य् शब्दों के स्थान पर, फ्विशेष भूमि अध्याप्ति अध्किारी, इलाहबाद, सक्षम प्राध्किारी, पटना-मोतीहारी-बैतालपुर शाखा पाइपलाइन परियोजना एण्ड एक्जिस्टिंग बीकेपीएल पाइपलाइन का पुन-अनुमार्गण, पाइपलाइंस डिवीजन, इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, डाकघर पीपल गांव, सूबेदारगंज, इलाहाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश- 211 012य् शब्द रखे जाएंगे।
यह अध्सिूचना जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी।

S.O. 24(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section
2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendment in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Petroleum and Natural Gas number S.O. 196, dated
18th January, 2013, published in the Gazette of India on
20th January, 2013, namely:
In the said notification, in the schedule, in column
(1), for the words "Shri Umakant Tripathi, Competent
Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch Pipeline
Project and Re-routing of existing BKPL Pipeline, Pipelines
Division, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., P.O. Pipalgaon,
Subedarganj, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh-211 012" the
words "Special Land Acquisition Officer, Allahabad,
Competent Authority, Patna-Motihari-Baitalpur Branch
Pipeline Project and Re-routing of existing BKPL Pipeline,
Pipelines Division, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., P.O.
Pipalgaon, Subedarganj, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh-
211 012" shall be substituted.
This notification is applicable from the date of issue.
