S.O. 30(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Transplantation of Human Organs (Amendment) Act, 2011 (16 of 2011), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of January, 2014, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the States of Goa, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal and in all the Union Territories.
का.आ. 30(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, मानव अंग प्रतिरोपण ;संशोध्नद्ध अध्निियम, 2011 ;2011 का 16द्ध की धरा 1 की उप-धरा ;3द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 10 जनवरी, 2014 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अध्निियम के उपबंध् गोवा, हिमाचल प्रदेश, पश्चिमी बंगाल और सभी संघ राज्यक्षेत्राों में प्रवत्त्ृा होंगे ।
