का.आ. ३४(अ).—कृषि एवं प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकरण नियम, १९८६ के नियम ३ के साथ पठित कृषि एवं प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, १९८५ (१९८६ का २) की धारा ४ की उप- धारा (४) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए कृषि एवं प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकरण के निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजनार्थ पूर्ववर्ती वाणिज्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक १२ अगस्त, १९८६ की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. ४८६ (अ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है; अर्थात, - उक्त अधिसूचना में, - (क) क्रमांक ३ तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा; अर्थात, - " धारा ४ की उप-धारा (४) के खण्ड (ग) के अधीन नियुक्त "३. निदेशक(आईसी), सदस्य" योजना आयोग योजना भवन (ख) क्रमांक ७,८,११,१२, और १४ तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा; अर्थात, -

असित त्रिपाठी, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पणी: मुख्य अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में का. आ. ४८६(अ), दिनांक १२ अगस्त, १९८६ द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी एवं तत्पश्चात उसमें संशोधन किए गए और अंतिम संशोधन का.आ. १७८५(अ) दिनांक २१ जून, २०१३ द्वारा किया गया था।

S.O. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby appoints the following members of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce number S.O. 486(E), dated the 12th August, 1986, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(a) for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall substituted, namely:—
