आ.अ. 01;अद्ध.—लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 ;1951 का 43द्ध की धरा 22 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं समय-समय पर यथासंशोध्ति अपनी दिनांक 18 जून, 2008 की अध्सिूचना संख्या 434/हरि.-लो.स./2008;1द्ध में आंशिक संशोध्न करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा के लिए, रिटर्निंग ऑपिफसर की सहायता हेतु सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑपिफसर की नियुक्ति करने वाली उक्त अधिसूचना की संलग्न सारणी में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करता है :—
मद सं. 6 पर 7-रोहतक संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा के सामने स्तम्भ ;2द्ध में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि अर्थात्् फ्जिला विकास तथा पंचायत अध्किारी झज्जरय् के स्थान पर फ्अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त झज्जरय् प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

O.N. 01(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in partial modification of its Notification No. 434/HN-HP/2008(1) dated 18th June, 2008, as amendment from time to time, the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendments in the Table (2) appended to the said Notification relating to the appointment of the Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Haryana, namely :—
For the existing entries in column (2) against 7-Rohtak Parliamentary Constituency at item No. 6 i.e. "District Development and Panchayat Officer, Jhajjar" shall be substituted by "Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar".
