la- tsbZvkjlh&11@2010-&भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग III, खण्ड 4 पर प्रकाषित आयोग की अधिसूचना सं. 224, दिनांक 7-8-2013 में निम्नलिखित सुधार किया जाए :
1. संयुक्त विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (गोवा राज्य तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के लिये) के विद्युत प्रदाय विनियमन के प्रथम संषोधन विनियम, 2013 के पृृष्ठ संख्या 14 की पंक्ति संख्या 1 को निम्नलिखित पढ़ा जाए :
"मुख्य विनियामक के वर्तमान नोट ः (ए) से (एफ) को हटा दिया जाए तथा प्रथम संषोधित विनियमन, 2013 के नोट (जी) से (ओ) की पुनःसंख्या निर्धारण करके (ए), (बी), (सी), (डी), (ई), (एफ), (जी), (एच) और (आई) किया जाए तथा तद््नुसार अनुलग्नक 1 के अन्तर्गत पढ़ा जाए"

CORRIGENDUM
Gurgaon, the 6th January, 2014
No. JERC-11/2010.—In Notification No. 224, dated 7-08-2013, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 of the Commission published in the Gazette of India, the following corrections are made :—
1. Line Number 1 of page Number 14 of Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and UTs (Electricity Supply Code) First Amendment Regulations, 2013 be read as under :—
"The existing note : (a) to (f) of the principal Regulation stand deleted and the note: (g) to (o) of the first amendment Regulations, 2013 is renumbered as (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) and be read accordingly under Annexure 1."
