नं. 666/20/आई आर/420.—बैंककारी कम्पनी ;उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरणद्धअध्निियम, 1970 की धरा 19 और बैंककारी कम्पनी ;उपक्रमों का अर्जन एवं अंतरणद्ध1980 की धरा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आन्ध््रा बैंक का निदेशक मंडल, भारतीय रिशर्व बैंक के परामर्श और केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से एतद््द्वारा आन्ध््रा बैंक अध्किारी कर्मचारी ;सेवानिवृृत्ति उपरांत निजी क्षेत्रा की संस्थाओं में जॉब स्वीकार करनाद्ध विनियम 2000 में संशोध् न हेतु निम्न विनियम बनाता है, यथाः—
1. ;1द्ध ये विनियम आन्ध््रा बैंक अध्किारी कर्मचारी ;सेवानिवृृत्ति उपरांत निजी क्षेत्रा की संस्थाओं में जॉब स्वीकार करनाद्ध विनियम, 2013 कहलाएंगे ।
;2द्ध ये सरकारी राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2. आन्ध््रा बैंक अध्किारी कर्मचारी ;सेवानिवृृत्ति उपरांत निजी क्षेत्रा की संस्थानओं में जॉब स्वीकार करनाद्ध विनियम 2000 के विनियम 4 के उप विनियम ;1द्ध में फ्दो वर्षय् शब्द के स्थान पर फ्एक वर्षय् शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएं ।

No. 666/20/IR/420.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies ( Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and Section 19 of the Banking Companies ( Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Andhra Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Andhra Bank officer Employees'(Acceptance of jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) Regulations, 2000, namely :—
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Andhra Bank officer Employees' (Acceptance of jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement)Amendment Regualations, 2013.
(2). These Regulations shall come into force on
the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Regulation (4) of the Andhra Bank officer Employees' (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement), for the words "two years", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
