1. सं5HIतसं5HIतसं5HIतसं5HIत शीष(cid:15)क और ूार@भ शीष(cid:15)क और ूार@भ शीष(cid:15)क और ूार@भ शीष(cid:15)क और ूार@भ.Ñ(1) इन िनयम7 का सं5HIत नाम रांश!य राजमाग(cid:15) फ/स (दर का िनधा(cid:15)रण एवं संमहण) संशोधन िनयम, 2014 है।
(2) ये राजपऽ म( उनके ूकाशन क/ तार!ख को ूवृ2त ह7गे ।
2. रांश!य राजमाग(cid:15) फ/स (दर का िनधा(cid:15)रण एवं संमहण) िनयम, 2008 (5जसे इसम( इसके पँचात ् मूल िनयम कहा गया है) म(Ñ
(क) िनयम 4 म(, उप-िनयम (10) को ूितःथाSपत (cid:26)कया जाएगा, अथा(cid:15)त ्,Ñ
ÔÔःवतंऽ संरचना (ःटVड एलोन) तथा ऐसी संरचना जो संरेखीय राजमाग(cid:15)/ए6सूेसवे का भाग है, के उपयोग के िलए फ/स क/ दर क/ गणना, संरचना क/ लंबाई को 10 के घटक से गुणा करके राजमाग(cid:15)/ए6सूेसवे क/ समान लंबाई म( प(cid:5)रवित(cid:15)त करके क/ जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2014
G.S.R. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules),—
(a) in rule 4, sub-rule (10) shall be substituted, namely;
"The rate of fee for use of standalone structure as well as structure forming part of a liner highway/expressway, shall be calculated by converting the length of the structure into an equivalent length of highway/expressway by multiplying by a factor of ten.
Provided that structure of 60 meters of length or less, on a linear highway/expressway will be considered as part of the normal length of highways/expressways for calculation of fee.".

Note :—The National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collections) Rules, 2008 were published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide No. G.S.R 838(E), dated the 5th December, 2008 and amended vide No. G.S.R. 950(E), dated 3rd December, 2010, G.S.R. 15(E), dated 12th January, 2011, No. G.S.R. 756(E), dated 12th October, 2011 and No. G.S.R . 778(E), dated 16th December, 2013.
