The Central Govt. hereby directs that the manufacturers specified in the Schedule appended to this notification, shall sell the fertilisers produced by them, and of quantity specified therein, in the State or the Union Territory specified in the corresponding entries of the said Schedule, during the Rabi Season 2013-14.
