NOTIFICATION
नई दिल्ली, 17 जनवरी, 2014
का.आ. 136;अद्ध.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ;1956 का 48द्ध की धरा 3क के खण्ड ;कद्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 363;अद्ध, तारीख 16 मार्च, 2004, जो भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iiद्ध में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती हैं, अर्थात्ः—
(i) उक्त अध्सिूचना में, की प्रस्तावना के प्रारम्भिक भाग में फ्राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, लोक निर्माण विभाग कार्यालय, के. आर. सकल बंगलौर य् शब्दों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर फ्भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राध्किरण, मंगलूरय् शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 136(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 363(E), dated the 16th March, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), namely :—
(i) In the said notification, in the opening portion of the preamble for the words and letters "National Highways, P.W.D.Offices, K.R.Circle, Bangalore", the words "National Highways Authority of India, Mangalore" shall be substituted.
