dk-vk- 141¼v½-&जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद्् अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 102) की धारा 20 की उप-धारा (1) के उपबंध के अनुपालन में केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2014 की अधिसूचना द्वारा परिषद्् के सदस्यों में से भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद्् की एक स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा समिति गठित की है ।
और जबकि अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उप-धारा (3) के उपबंध के अनुपालन में प्रोफेसर सिरी भगवान सिवाच, पूर्व निदेशक, पोस्ट ग्रैजुएट इंस्टिच्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साईसेंज, रोहतक, हरियाणा को मेडिकल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा समिति के सदस्य के रूप में मनोनीत किया गया है ।
अतः अब अधिनियम की धारा 20 की उप-धारा (3) के अनुपालन में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2014 की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2014
S.O. 141(E).—Whereas in pursuance of the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), the Central Government has constituted a Post Graduate Medical Education Committee from among the members of the Medical Council of India vide notification dated 09.01.2014.
And whereas in pursuance of the provision of sub-section (3) of Section 20 of the Act, Prof. Siri Bhagwan Siwach, Former Director, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, Haryana has been nominated by the Central Government from amongst the members to be a member of the Post-Graduate Medical Education Committee of the Medical Council of India.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (3) of Section 20 of the Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendment in the notification dated 09.01.2014 of the Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, namely :—
