का.आ. 148(अ).—शत्राु संपति अध्निियम, 1968 ;1968 का 34द्ध की धरा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिनांक 7 जून, 2010 की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 1331;अद्ध, के उप पैरा ;खद्ध को उन बातों केे सिवाय अध्क्रिांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप का किया है, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधनी क्षेत्रा दिल्ली के 11 जिलों के उप-आयुक्तों को शत्राु संपति पदेन उप-अभिरक्षक और सभी अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्टे्रटों को शत्राु संपति जो उनकी क्षेत्राीय सीमा के भीतर आने वाले क्षेत्राों में आती है, के लिए पदेन सहायक अभिरक्षक नियुक्त करती है ।
2. शत्राु संपति के उक्त उप-अभिरक्षक और सहायक अभिरक्षक शत्राु संपति अध्निियम, 1968 के अंतर्गत अपने कत्र्तव्यों का निर्वहन करते समय भारत के शत्राु संपति के अभिरक्षक के निदेश, अध्ीक्षण और नियंत्राण के अंतर्गत कार्य करेंगे ।

S.O. 148(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Enemy Property Act, 1968 (34 of 1968) and in supersession of the sub-para (b) of notification number S.O. 1331(E), dated 7th June, 2010 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Deputy Commissioners in all the 11 Districts of National Capital Territory of Delhi as ex-officio Deputy Custodian of Enemy Property and all Additional District Magistrates as ex-officio Assistant Custodian of Enemy Property for the area falling within the terriory of their respective jurisdication.
2. The said Deputy Custodians of Enemy property and Assistant Custodians of Enemy Property shall act under the direction, superintendence and control of the Custodian of Enemy Property for India while discharging their duties under the Enemy Property Act, 1968.
