नागर विमानन मंत्राालय सार्वजनिक सूचना नई दिल्ली, 20 जनवरी, 2014
सा.का.नि. 34(अ).— आम जनता को एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि मैसर्स एयर एशिया ;इण्डियाद्ध प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने भारत में अनुसूचित वायु परिवहन सेवाएं उपलब्ध् करवाने के उद्देश्य से वायु प्रचालक परमिट ;अनुसूचितद्ध प्रदान करने हेतु आवेदन किया है। यह कार्यालय आवेदक द्वारा प्रस्तुत दस्तावेजों पर कार्रवाई कर रहा है।
वायुयान नियमावली, 1937 की अनुसूची XI की अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करते हुए जनता एवं भारत में अनुसूचित वायु परिवहन सेवाएं उपलब्ध् करवाने के उद्देश्य से मैसर्स एयर एशिया ;इण्डियाद्ध प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को यह परमिट प्रदान करने से प्रभावित होने वाले लोगों को एतद््द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि अपने प्रतिवेदन के विशिष्ट आधरों का उल्लेख करने के साथ-साथ प्रतिवेदन की एक प्रति मैसर्स एयर एशिया ;इण्डियाद्ध प्राईवेट लिमिटेड को उपलब्ध् करवाए जाने के प्रमाण-पत्रा सहित अपनी आपत्तियां अथवा सुझाव, यदि कोई हों इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से 20 दिन के भीतर प्रस्तुत करें । मैसर्स एयर एशिया ;इण्डियाद्ध प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा प्रस्तुत आशय पत्रा की विस्तृृत जानकारी के लिए कृपया नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय की वेबसाइट www.dgca.nic.in. देखें । मैसर्स एयर एशिया ;इण्डियाद्ध प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा प्रस्तुत आवेदन पर यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी होने की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवध् िके पश्चात्् इस कार्यालय द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।

G. S. R. 34(E).—It is hereby informed to the General Public that M/s. Air Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd. has applied for grant of Air Operators Permit (Scheduled) for the purpose of providing Scheduled Air Transport Services in India. The documents submitted by the applicant are being processed in this office.
In order to comply with the requirements of Schedule XI of Aircraft Rules, 1937, a notice is hereby given to the public and all the persons likely to be affected by the grant of this permit to M/s. Air Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd. for the purpose of providing scheduled air transport services in India, submit their objections or suggestions, if any, within twenty days of issue of this public notice, setting out the specific grounds on which representation is made alongwith a certificate to the effect that a copy of the representation has been provided to M/s. Air Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd. For details of Letter of Intent submitted by M/s. Air Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd., please refer to DGCA web-site www.dgca.nic.in. The application of M/s. Air Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd. shall be taken into consideration by this office after expiry of thirty days of issue the public notice.
