का.आ.154(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ;1956 का 48द्ध की धरा 3 के खण्ड ;कद्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्राालय ;सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभागद्ध की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 579;अद्ध, तारीख 14 मई, 2004 जो भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड ;iiद्ध में तारीख 17 मई, 2004 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्‌ः—

उक्त अध्सिूचना, में,—

;कद्ध उक्त अध्सिूचना की प्रस्तावना में, फ्विशेष भूमि अर्जन अध्किारी ;एमआईडब्ल्यूद्ध, तीसरा तल, कलेक्टर कार्यालय ठाने, महाराष्ट्रय्शब्दों, कोष्ठकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर फ्उपविभागीय अध्किारी, भिवंडी उपविभाग, भिवंडी, जिला ठाणेय् शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 154(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 579 (E), dated the 14th May, 2004 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 17th May, 2004, namely:—

In the said notification,—

(a) In the preamble, for the said Notification for the words, brackets and letters & Number "Special Land Acquisition Officer (MIW), 3rd floor, Collector office, Thane, Maharashtra" the words "Sub Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi Sub-Division, Bhiwandi, Dist- Thane", shall be substituted.
