का.आ. 162 (अ).—अ(cid:30)खल भारतीय आयु$व%&ान सं(cid:1)थान (संशोधन) अ(cid:18)ध*नयम, 2012 (2012 का 37) +वारा यथा संशो(cid:18)धत और सं. का. आ. 2015 (ड.) के तहत जार(cid:27) (cid:25)दनांक 2 जुलाई, 2013 क0 अ(cid:18)धसूचना के आं1शक संशोधन म2, म2, अ(cid:30)खल भारतीय आयु$व%&ान सं(cid:1)थान अ(cid:18)ध*नयम, 1956 (1956 का 25) क0 धारा-4 +वारा 3+4त शि6तय7 का 3योग करते हुए, के 9: सरकार एतद+वारा अ(cid:30)खल भारतीय आयु$व%&ान सं(cid:1)थान, रायपुर का गठन करती है, िजसके *न=न1ल(cid:30)खत सद(cid:1)य ह7गे, अथा%तः-

I. धारा-4 के खंड (क) के तहत सद(cid:1)यः

छ4तीसगढ़ - पदेन

II. धारा-4 के खंड (च) के तहत सद(cid:1)यः

डॉ. ए. के . च9:ाकर, डीन पं. जवाहर लाल नेहG मेमो(cid:9)रयल मेHडकल कॉलेज, रायपुर छ4तीसगढ़।

सद(cid:1)य7 का काय%काल अ(cid:30)खल भारतीय आयु$व%&ान सं(cid:1)थान अ(cid:18)ध*नयम, 1956 क0 धारा-6 म2 *न(cid:25)हत उपब9ध7 उपब9ध7 के अनुसार *नधा%(cid:9)रत होगा।

S.O. 162(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012) and in partial modification of notification dated 2nd July, 2013 issued vide No. S.O. 2015 (E), the Central Government hereby nominates following members to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur, namely:—

I. Member under clause (a) of section 4 :

Dr. G.B. Gupta, Vice Chancellor, Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH) and Health Sciences, University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - ex-officio

II. Member under clause (f) of section 4 :

Dr. A. K. Chandrakar, Dean, Pundit Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The terms of office of the members shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of The All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
