Subject: Allowing benefit of IEIS to export of cotton

yarn in FY 2013-14.

विषयः—वित्तीय वर्ष 2013-14 में सूती धगे के निर्यात में

आईईआईएस के लाभ की अनुमति देना।

का.आ. 215(अ).—विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009—2014 के पैराग्रापफ 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ;विकास एवं विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1992 की धरा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌्‌द्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति ;एपफटीपीद्ध 2009-14 में तत्काल प्रभाव से संशोध्न करती हैः

2. विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009—2014 के पैरा 3.14.5 ;घद्ध की क्रम संख्या ;xviiiद्ध में अध्सिूचना सं. 43 दिनांक 25 सितम्बर, 2013 द्वारा प्रविष्ट अयोग्य श्रेणी ;सूती धगाद्ध को हटा दिया गया है ।

S.O. 215(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009—2014, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2009—14 with immediate effect:

2. The ineligible category (cotton yarn) inserted by Notification No. 43 dated 25th September, 2013 at serial number (xviii) of Para 3.14.5 (d) of FTP 2009—14 stands deleted.

इस अध्सिूचना का प्रभाव :

सम्पूर्ण वित्तीय वर्ष 2013-14 के लिए सूती धगे का निर्यात उत्तरोत्तर निर्यात प्रोत्साहन स्कीम के तहत लाभ प्राप्ति हेतु पात्रा है ।
