काकाकाका....आआआआ....209209209209 ((((अअअअ))))....———— बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10) की धारा 53 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए, के न्$ीय सरकार, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की सिफारिश पर, एत+ारा, घोषणा करती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के उपबंध आईएनजी वैश्य बैंक लि. पर उस सीमा तक लागू नह1 होंगे, जहां तक उनका संबंध 28,25,73,630 रूपये की राशि के 10-10 रूपये के 2,82,57,363 ई3िटी शेयर अर्हक संस्थागत 8े ताओं (क्यूआईबी) और बैंक के प्रवर्तक समूह को अधिमान्य आबंटन हेतु जारी किए जाने से है ।

S.O.209 (E) --In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 53 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), the Central Government, on the recommendations of Reserve Bank of India, hereby declares that the provisions of Section 13 of the said Act, shall not apply to the ING Vysya Bank Ltd. in so far as they relate to the issue of equity shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and preferential allotment to promoter group of the Bank for issue of 2,82,57,363 equity shares of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs. 28,25,73,630.
