S.O. 217(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare published in the gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section(ii), vide number S.O.82(E), dated the 4th February, 1995, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading I, "National Capital Territory of Delhi", for serial number 12 relating to "Dr. B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital, Pusa Road, New Delhi" and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :—
