S.O. 241(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of the Actuaries Act, 2006 (35 of 2006), the Central Government hereby appoints two part-time members to the Appellate Authority constituted under Section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), by the Central Government, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide notification No. S.O.789(E), dated the 20th March, 2009, as under :—

1.	Shri G. N. Agarwal, Flat No. 2003, C-Wing, Chaitanya Towers, Appasaheb Marathe M, Prabha Devi, Mumbai-400025.	Member (Part-time)
2.	Shri T. Bhargava Flat No. 801, Inder Tower, Gokhale Road, Dadar, Mumbai-400025.	Member (Part-time)

2. This notification shall take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
