lk-dk-fu- 61¼v½-&राष्टªपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्‌द्वारा डाक विभाग (बचत बैंक नियंत्रण एवं आंतरिक जांच संगठन में डाक सहायक, समूह 'ग' अराजपत्रित पद) भर्ती नियम, 2012 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैंः नामतः :-

1. (1) इन्हें विभाग (बचत बैंक नियंत्रण एवं आंतरिक जांच संगठन में डाक सहायक, समूह 'ग' अराजपत्रित पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2014 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. डाक विभाग (बचत बैंक नियंत्रण एवं आंतरिक जांच संगठन में डाक सहायक, समूह 'ग' अराजपत्रित पद) भर्ती नियम, 2012 की अनुसूची के कॉलम 7 की मद (i) की प्रवििष्ट में,-

(क) ''कम से कम साठ प्रतिशत अंकों से'' शब्द हटाए जाएंगे,

(ख) ''अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए पचपन प्रतिशत और अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए पैंतालीस प्रतिशत'' शब्द हटाए जाएंगे।

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2014

G.S.R. 61(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Department of Posts (Postal Assistant in Savings Bank Control and Internal Check Organisations, Group C non-Gazetted posts) Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :—

1. (1) These may be called the Department of Posts (Postal Assistant in Savings Bank Control and Internal Check Organisations, Group C non-Gazetted Posts) Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Department of Posts (Postal Assistant in Savings Bank Control and Internal Check Organisations, Group C non-Gazetted posts) Recruitment Rules, 2012, in column 7, in the entries, in item (i),—

(a) the words "with at least sixty per cent marks" shall be omitted;

(b) the words "fifty five per cent in case of candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes and forty five per cent in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes" shall be omitted.
