dk-vk- 249¼v½-&केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त 'kक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 969 (अ), तारीख 3 मई, 2011, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) मेंं तारीख 3 मई, 2011 को प्रकाि'kत की गई थी, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित सं'kोधन करती है, अर्थातः-

(क) उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रस्तावना में, ''(राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71 के 347.800 कि.मी. से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71ए के 9.400 कि.मी. तक सड़क सम्पर्क सहित)'' विषय सामग्री के स्थान पर ''(राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71 के 347.800 कि.मी. से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71ए के 8.800 कि.मी. तक सड़क सम्पर्क सहित)'' विषय सामग्री रखी जाएगी।

(ख) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, ''(राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71 के 347.800 कि.मी. से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71ए के 9.400 कि.मी. तक सड़क सम्पर्क सहित)'' विषय सामग्री के स्थान पर ''(राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71 के 347.800 कि.मी. से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 71ए के 8.800 कि.मी. तक सड़क सम्पर्क सहित)'' विषय सामग्री रखी जाएगी।

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2014

S.O. 249(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 969 (E), dated the 03rd May, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii), dated the 03rd May, 2011, namely:—

(a) In the Preamble of the said notification for the contents "including connecting link from km. 347.800 of NH-71 to km. 9.400 of NH-71A" shall be substituted with contents "including connecting link from km. 347.800 of NH-71 to km. 8.800 of NH-71A".

(b) In the Schedule of the said notification for the contents "including connecting link from km. 347.800 of NH-71 to km. 9.400 of NH-71A" shall be substituted with contents "including connecting link from km. 347.800 of NH-71 to km. 8.800 of NH-71A".
