सा.का.नि. 64(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा-शुल्क अध्निियम, 1962 ;1962 का 52द्ध की धरा 25 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधन हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्राालय ;राजस्व विभागद्ध की अध्सिूचना सं. 27/2011-सीमा-शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2011, जो कि भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, सा.का.नि. 153;अद्ध तारीख 1 मार्च, 2011 में प्रकाशित हुई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्‌ :—

उक्त अध्सिूचना में, अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 23 में स्तंभ ;4द्ध, की प्रविष्टि फ्शुन्यय् के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि फ्5य् प्रस्थिापित की जाएगी।

G.S.R. 64(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 27/2011-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2011 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 153(E), dated the 1st March, 2011, namely :—

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 23, in column (4), for the entry "Nil", the entry "5%" shall be substituted.
