का.आ. 270(अ).— नारियल विकास बोर्ड अध्सिूचना, 1979 ;1979 का 5द्ध के साथ नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियमावली, 1981 की धरा 4 की उप-धरा ;4द्ध के खंड ;केद्ध द्््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार सरकारी राजपत्रा में इस अध्सिूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से या प्रकाशन की तारीख को तीन वर्ष से कम की अवध् िके लिए, या जब से वह इस प्रकार नियुक्त किया गया है, जब तक संबंध्ि त सदस्य श्रेणी या हित का प्रतिनिध्त्वि करना बंद नहीं करता है, जो भी पहले हो, निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोची के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, और उक्त उद्देश्य हेतु भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्राालय ;कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभागद्ध की दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 1981 की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 21;अद्ध में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करती हैः—
उपर्युक्त उक्त अध्सिूचना में फ्धरा 4 की उप-धरा ;4द्ध के खंड ;केद्ध के अंतर्गत नियुक्तय् शीर्षक के अंतर्गत, क्र.सं. 17 और उससे संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः—

[पफा. सं. 4-43/2010-बागवानी-II] संजीव चोपड़ा, संयुक्त सचिव 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2014 S.O. 270(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules, 1981, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as member of the Coconut Development Board, Kochi, for a period not exceeding three years, on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, or till the concerned member ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed, whichever is earlier, and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation), vide number S.O. 21(E), dated the 12th January, 1981, namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading "Appointed under clause (k) of sub-section (4) of section 4", for serial number 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

Note. — The principal notification constituting the Coconut Development Board was pubilshed in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 21 (E), dated the 12th January, 1981 and was last amended vide notification number S.O. 30 (E), dated the 20th December, 2012.
