का.आ. 276;अद्ध .— कयर उद्योग नियमावली, 1954 केे नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित कयर उद्योग अध्निियम, 1953 ;1953 का 45द्ध की धरा 4 की उप-धरा ;3द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्राालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 28 जून, 2011 की अध्सिूचना संख्या का.आ. 1476 ;अद्ध में निम्नलिखित और संशोध्न करती है, नामतः—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में क्रम संख्या 16 और उससे संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, नामतः— फ्16. सचिव, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम, ओडिशा सरकारय्
NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2014
S.O.276 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferrd by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 1476(E), dated the 28th June, 2011, namely :—
In the said notification for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :—

टिप्पणीः मूल अध्सिूचना दिनांक 28 जून, 2011 की सं.का.आ. 1476 ;अद्ध के तहत भारत के राजपत्रा, असाधरण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड ;iiद्ध में प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा बाद में उसे दिनांक 17 अक्टूबर, 2011 की संख्या का.आ. 2396 ;अद्ध तथा दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर, 2013 की संख्या का.आ. 3201 ;अद्ध के तहत संशोध्ति की गई ।
