अतएव, उ! अिधिनयम क(cid:29) धारा 3 क(cid:29) उप-धारा (1) *ारा +द, शि!य) का +योग करते 0ए, क(cid:19) (cid:20) सरकार अब भारत सरकार के (cid:31)वा(cid:31)2य और प(cid:22)रवार क(cid:3)याण मं5ालय क(cid:29) तारीख 21 अग(cid:31)त, 1971 क(cid:29) अिधसूचना सं7या का.आ. 3259 (अ) म(cid:19) िन8नां(cid:1)कत और संशोधन करती है, अथा(cid:27)त्:-

उ! अिधसूचना म(cid:19), तािलका म(cid:19), "धारा 3 क(cid:29) उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के अधीन िनवा(cid:27)िचत" शीष(cid:27)क के अधीन, िन8निलिखत िव"विव#ालय और उससे संबंिधत +िवि:य) के (cid:31)थान पर, िन8निलिखत +िवि:यां रखी

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th January, 2014

S.O. 277(E).—Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with the rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975, one member each from Ayurveda Systems of Medicine of Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) has been Elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda faculty of the said University.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, number S.O. 3259 (E), dated the 21st August, 1971, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3", in the Table, against the following University and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
