काकाकाका. आआआआ. 285285285285(अअअअ).—के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार, औद्योिगक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 39 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:26)ए, उन प्रतिष्ठानों में जहां औद्योिगक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 के अधीन के न्(cid:4) सरकार समुिचत सरकार है, कामबंदी, छंटनी और बंद किया जाना के लिए अध्याय 5ख के तहत 25(ड), 25(ढ) तथा 25(ण) के अधीन किए गए आवेदनों की जांच करने तथा उन पर िवचार करने के लिए -म एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सिचव औद्योिगक संबंध को समुिचत सरकार की शक्ति प्रत्यायोिजत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th January, 2014
S.O. 285(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby delegates the powers of appropriate Government to Joint Secretary (Industrial Relations) in the Ministry of Labour & Employment to examine and consider the applications made under section 25(M), 25(N) and 25(O) under Chapter VB for lay-offs, retrenchment and closures in the establishments where Central Government is the appropriate Government under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
