vk-v-9¼v½-—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 6 फरवरी, 2009 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं0 434/नागालैंड-लो.स./2009(2) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद्द्वारा, नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सरकार के प्रत्येक अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ 1 में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट नागालैंड राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी की उसके कृत्यों के निष्पादन में सहायता करने के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता हैः-

O.N. 9(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its Notification No.434/NL-HP/2009(2) dated 6th February, 2009, the Election Commission of India hereby appoints each of the officers of the Government as specified in column 2 of the Table below as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Nagaland as specified in column 1 of the said Table in the performance of the functions of such Returning Officer :-
