पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्राालय आदेश नई दिल्ली, 29 जनवरी, 2014

का.आ. 288(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ;संरक्षणद्ध अध्निियम, 1986 ;1986 का 29द्ध की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध और ;3द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्राालय, भारत सरकार के आदेश सं. का.आ. 93;अद्ध, तारीख 29 जनवरी, 1998 में निम्नलिखित और संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्‌ :—

उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में फ्सोलह वर्षों की अवध् िके लिएय् शब्दों के स्थान पर फ्सोलह वर्ष छः माह की अवध् िके लिएय् शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.O. 288(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O.93(E), dated 29th January, 1998, namely :—

In the said order, in paragraph 1, for the words "for a period of sixteen years", the words "for a period of sixteen years and six months" shall be substituted.
