का.आ. 292(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पुनर्वास परिषद अध्निियम, 1992 ;1992 का 34द्ध की धरा 3 की उपधरा ;1द्ध और;3द्ध द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद््द्वारा भारतीय पुनर्वास परिषद की सामान्य परिषद के सदस्यों के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय और अध्किारिता मंत्राालय की अध्सिूचना सं.का.आ. 2479;अद्ध, तारीख 18 अक्तूबर, 2008 में इस अध्सिूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित और संशोध्न करती है, अर्थात्् :—
उक्त अध्सिूचना में क्रम संख्याक ;20द्ध तथा संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रमसंख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्् :
धरा 3 की उपधरा ;3द्ध के खण्ड ;छद्ध के अध्ीन नियुक्तः

S.O. 292(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (1) and (3) of Section 3 of the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 (34 of 1992), the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as member in the General Council of Rehabilitation Council of India and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, number S.O. 2479 (E), dated the 18th October, 2008, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial number (20) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
