lk-dk-fu- 73¼v½-&केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, २०११ (२०११ का ११) की धारा २४ की उपधारा (१) सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, २०११ (२०११ का ११) की धारा २४ की उपधारा (१) सरकार, सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम, २०११ (२०११ का ११) की धारा २४ की उपधारा (१) के साथ पठित उपधारा (२) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, के साथ पठित उपधारा (२) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलि के साथ पठित उपधारा (२) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलि अर्थात् :--
(१) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम "जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा का १७५वां जन्मदिवस
जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा का १७५वां जन्मदिवस" के अवसर १. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-- (१) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए एक सौ रुपये और पांच रुपये के सिक्कों का निर्माण नियम, २०१४" है । पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए एक सौ रुपये और पांच रुपये के स्ि
है ।
(२) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

२. अंकित मूल्य, विमाएं आदि--(१) "जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा का १७५वां जन्मदिवस के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के ा मूल्य के सिक्कों का निर्माण लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में निम्नलिखित अंकित मूल्य के सिक्कों का निर्माण लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राधिकार के अधीन जारी करने के लिए टकसाल में निम्नलिखित अंकित् किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :--
(i) एक सौ रुपये ;
(ii) पांच रुपये ;
(२) उपरोक्त अंकित मूल्य के सिक्के निम्नलिखित विमाओं, डिजाइन और संघटन के अनुरूप होंगे, अर्थात् :-- (२) उपरोक्त अंकित मूल्य के सिक्के निम्नलिखित विमाओं, डिजाइन और संघटन के अनुरूप हा (२) उपरोक्त अंकित मूल्य के सिक्के निम्नलिखित विमाओं, डिजाइन और संघटन के अनुरूप हा

डिजाइन १. एक सौ रुपए मुख भाग सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तंभ का सिंह "kh'kZ होगा जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" इबारत लिखी होगी, उसकी बांई परिधि पर पाश्र्व में देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दांई परिधि पर पाश्र्व में अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा । सिंह "kh'kZ के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक " " और अंतर्रा'ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "१००" भी होगा । पृ'ठ भाग सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा का चित्र होगा जिसके साथ ऊपरी बांई परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "१७५वां जन्मदिवस" लेख होगा निचली बांयी परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "175th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY" और ऊपरी दांयी परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा" एवं निचली दांई परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "JAMSETJI NUSSERWANJI TATA" लिखा होगा । जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा के चित्र के नीचे र्वा "१८३९-२०१४" उत्कीर्ण किया जाएगा । २. पांच रुपये मुख भाग सिक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तंभ का सिंह "kh'kZ होगा जिसके नीचे "सत्यमेव जयते" इबारत लिखी होगी, उसकी बांई परिधि पर पाश्र्व में देवनागरी लिपि में "भारत" शब्द और दांई परिधि पर पाश्र्व में अंग्रेजी में "INDIA" शब्द होगा । सिंह "kh'kZ के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक " " और अंतर्रा'ट्रीय अंकों में अंकित मूल्य "५" भी होगा । पृ'ठ भाग सिक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा का चित्र होगा जिसके साथ ऊपरी बांई परिधि पर देवनागरी लिपि में "१७५वां जन्मदिवस" एवं निचली बांई परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "175th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY" शब्द होंगे और ऊपरी दांई परिधि पर "जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा" और निचली दांई परिधि पर अंग्रेजी में "JAMSETJI NUSSERWANJI TATA" शब्द होंगे । जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा के चित्र के नीचे र्वा १८३९-२०१४ उत्कीर्ण किया जाएगा । ३. मानक वजन तथा अनुज्ञात उपचार :-- "जमशेटजी नसरवानजी टाटा का १७५वां जन्मदिवस" के अवसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के लिए सिक्का निमार्ण में निम्नलिखित अंकित मूल्य के सिक्कों का मानक वजन और अनुज्ञात उपचार नीचे दी गई सारणी में यथाविनिर्दिट रूप में होंगे, अर्थात् :--

पांच रुपये ६ ग्राम तांबा और जस्ता के लिए १/१००वां तक कम या ज्यादा अर्थात तांबा में ७४ प्रतिशत से ७६ प्रतिशत तक और जस्ता में
(४) १/1००वां ज्यादा या कम अर्थात् वजन में ३४.६५ ग्राम से ३५.३५ ग्राम तक अंतर हो सकता है । १/४०वें तक ज्यादा या कम अर्थात् वजन से ५.८५ ग्राम से ६.१५ ग्राम भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण 3 [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)]
तक का अंतर हो सकता है ।
१९ प्रतिशत से २१ प्रतिशत तक का अंतर हो सकेगा और निकल में १/२००वां तक कम या ज्यादा अर्थात् ४.५ प्रतिशत से ५.५ प्रतिशत तक का अंतर हो सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st January, 2014
G.S.R. 73(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (d) and clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: —
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called "The coinage of One Hundred Rupees and Five Rupees coins to commemorate the occasion of 175th Birth Anniversary of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, Rules, 2014".
(II) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. DENOMINATIONS, DIMENSIONS etc,.—(I) The Coins of the following denominations shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of "175th Birth Anniversary of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, namely:—
(i) One Hundred Rupees;
(ii) Five Rupees.
(II) The coins of the above denominations shall conform to the following dimensions, designs and composition, namely:—

DESIGN
1. One Hundred Rupees
Obverse
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capital of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "lR;eso जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारत" in Devnagri script and on the right periphery flanked with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the rupee symbol "`" and the denominational value "100" in international numerals below the Lion Capital.

"175TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY" on the left lower periphery and "जमशेटजीजमशेटजीजमशेटजीजमशेटजी नसरवानजीनसरवानजीनसरवानजीनसरवानजी टाटाटाटाटाटाटाटा" in Devnagri script on the right upper periphery, "JAMSETJI NUSSERWANJI TATA" in English on the right lower periphery. The year "1839-2014" shall be inscribed below the picture of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata. Five Rupees Obverse The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capital of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend "सत् सत् सत् सत् यमेवयमेवयमेवयमेव जयतेजयतेजयतेजयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word "भारतभारतभारतभारत " in Devnagri script and on the right periphery flanked with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the rupee symbol "`" and denominational value "5" in International numerals below the Lion Capital. Reverse The face of the coin shall bear the picture of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata in the centre, with the inscription "175वांवांवांवां tUefnol" in Devnagri script on the left upper periphery. "175TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY" on the left lower periphery and "जमशेटजीजमशेटजीजमशेटजीजमशेटजी नसरवानजीनसरवानजीनसरवानजीनसरवानजी टाटाटाटाटाटाटाटा" in Devnagri script on the right upper periphery. "JAMSETJI NUSSERWANJI TATA" in English on the right lower periphery. The year "1839-2014" shall be inscribed below the picture of Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata.
3. STANDARD WEIGHT AND REMEDY ALLOWED. - The standard weight of the coins of the following denominations, coined to commemorate the occasion of "175th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF JAMSETJI NUSSERWANJI TATA" and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the following Table, namely:—
