सा.का.नि. 78 (अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग, अपर आयुक्त ;विस्तारद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2001 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग, अपर आयुक्त ;विस्तारद्ध भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2013 है ।

;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त

होंगे ।

2. कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग, अपर आयुक्त ;विस्तारद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2001 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;5द्ध में फ्योगयता के आधर पर चयन या चयन-सह-ज्येष्ठता अथवा अचयन पदय् शीर्षक के अध्ीन फ्योगयता के आधर पर चयनय् शब्दों के स्थान पर फ्चयनय् शब्द रखा जाएगा।

G.S.R. 78(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Additional Commissioner (Extension) Recruitment Rules, 2001, namely :—

1. (l) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Additional Commissioner (Extension) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculure & Cooperation, Additional Commissioner (Extension) Recruitment Rules, 2001, in the Schedule, in column (5), under the heading 'whether selection by merit or selection cum seniority or non selection post', for the words "Selection by Merit", the word "Selection" shall be substituted.
